Do you ship to my country?
We ship to many countries. If your location is not available in the shipping drop-down menu on the checkout page, feel free to contact us and we will include your location if possible.

How much is my shipping?
We Now offer Free UK mainland delivery. Overseas shipping costs are available upon request.
Your shipping cost will be calculated based upon the carrier, the weight and quantity of your order, your location and the delivery time. Please refer to our shipping information page.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. We do not keep or store any of your credit card information since our PayPal integration takes care of it.
Do I have to create an account?
No, you do not have to create an account. Creating an account allows you to keep your information on file to make it easier for you to order from us in the future.
How do I find my product?
You can search by product category in the search field at the top of the shop page, enter your search terms and watch the predictive search find the product for you, or type what you’re looking for into the search bar.
What is your return policy?
You will need to contact us and request a Return Authorization Number (RA). Or telephone us on 0333 1234 994 (Local Rate). Products may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt (less 15% restocking fee and shipping cost) any missing parts, knobs, shafts etc from your return will be charged back to you at our discretion. Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number and instructions. RetroCarSuff will not accept returned goods without prior authorization.
How do I track my order?
